What brought you in, what you do all day, how you train. Then a quick check of how you move, so the session targets the real restriction rather than a set routine.
Your trainer stabilises the joints around a tight area before stretching it, so the stretch lands where the restriction is instead of being absorbed by whatever is already loose. Pressure is adjusted to you – firm, never sharp.
Most clients feel the difference the same day. You also leave with two or three simple stretches to keep the benefit going, and an honest recommendation on how often to come back.
Don’t miss this opportunity to transform your flexibility, enhance recovery, and feel your absolute best.

What clients at our Abu Dhabi studios say
A trained stretch trainer moves your body into stretches you can't reach or hold on your own, while you relax. It works on flexibility and how freely your joints move.
No. Every Dr.stretch session is 1-on-1 with your own stretch trainer, so it's built around your body rather than a group routine. If you'd like to come with a friend or partner, book two slots side by side.
For most healthy adults, yes – your trainer checks in throughout and nothing is forced. It's a wellness service, not a medical treatment: if you have an acute injury, recent surgery or a medical condition, please get clearance from your doctor or physiotherapist first.
Most clients start once a week, then move to every one or two weeks once they feel the difference holding. Your trainer will suggest a rhythm after your first session.
Anything you can move in – gym clothes are ideal. We also have loose loungewear you can borrow free of charge.
