Dr.stretch Reem Mall opened in June 2026 as our newest studio in the capital, bringing the Dr.stretch Core Balance method – deep, 1-on-1 assisted stretching developed in Japan – to Al Reem Island. Several of our longest-serving Abu Dhabi trainers work here, so you get an experienced pair of hands from day one. If you live or work on Reem, Maryah or in downtown Abu Dhabi, this is your closest studio: ideal after a workout, a long week at the desk, or whenever your back and hips start telling you about it. Sessions run 40, 60 or 90 minutes, and every first-time visitor starts with a posture and flexibility assessment so the session is built around your body.
Every session is 1-on-1 with a certified trainer: 40 minutes at AED 350, 60 minutes at AED 420, or 90 minutes at AED 570, with packages of 4, 8 and 12 sessions that bring the per-session price down, plus a 3-session starter pack. See all prices and packages.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No – just come in comfortable clothes you can move in. Sportswear works best, but anything flexible is fine.
Where exactly is the studio?
On Level 1 of Reem Mall, Al Reem Island (Najmat district). Mall parking is available and the studio is easy to reach from the main atrium.
What happens in my first session?
