Every session is 1-on-1 with a certified trainer using the Dr.stretch Core Balance method developed in Japan: deep, assisted stretching that reaches what solo stretching can't. Sessions run 40, 60 or 90 minutes, and your first visit starts with a posture and flexibility assessment so the work is tailored to your body.

Do I need to prepare anything?
No – just come in comfortable clothes you can move in. Sportswear works best, but anything flexible is fine.

On Level 1 of Dubai Hills Mall. Mall parking is free and the studio is a short walk from the Level 1 walkways.
