Dr.stretch Nad Al Sheba Mall opened in April 2026 and quickly became part of the neighbourhood's routine, with a 4.9 rating on Google. On Level 2 of the community mall in Nad Al Sheba 3, it's the closest studio for families across NAS and Meydan – and a favourite recovery stop for the runners and cyclists who train at the nearby tracks. Every session is 1-on-1 with a certified trainer using Core Balance Stretch, the method Dr.stretch developed in Japan: deep, assisted stretching that undoes stiffness from desks, driving and hard training alike. Sessions run 40, 60 or 90 minutes, and your first visit starts with a posture and flexibility assessment so the session is built around your body.
Every session is 1-on-1 with a certified trainer: 40 minutes at AED 370, 60 minutes at AED 450, or 90 minutes at AED 600, with packages of 4, 8 and 12 sessions that bring the per-session price down, plus a 3-session starter pack. See all prices and packages.

Do I need to prepare anything?
No – just come in comfortable clothes you can move in. Sportswear works best, but anything flexible is fine.
